Building Performance Evaluation (BPE) has been around for decades. In it’s previous lives, it has been labeled an energy conservation study, a retrofit upgrade analysis, an ESCO report, etc. A detailed BPE by BSC is the most economic way of improving the facility energy, maintenance and comfort and productivity performance by discovering exactly how a facility energy systems are performing and the most economic projects and program to improve them.
