The Sustainable Building Logbook

The Sustainable Building Logbook (SBL) is a document that is a testament and diary detailing the planning, design, construction and the Annual separating performance of the building energy systems.

The SBL is created to assist in the realization of sustainable, high performance building energy systems in new construction or renovations of existing buildings.  It provides a consistent document from initial design planning and conception through to deconstruction of the building to assist and record the initial building energy systems performance and continued performance improvements throughout the life cycle of the systems.

The logbook is also an invaluable tool in the sale, resale or rental of properties, providing a provenance of the building energy systems performance.
