High Performance - Optimum comfort and productivity
A facility must be sustainable and a high performer to be successful.
Instead of the usual cookie cutter approach which uses codes and guidelines to generate current popular system selections, none of which will perform well, we examine the whole building from a sound foundation of building physics. We develop systems that will work holistically to maximize productivity while minimizing energy and maintenance.
BSC provides detailed, whole building, life cycle performance analysis and evaluation to assure optimum life cycle performance from the Building Mechanical and Electrical systems. This is a very different service to the business as usual cursory start-up performance prediction.
We do not simply look for the system to start-up and perform through the one year warranty period. BSC assures that the high performance of the mechanical and electrical systems will be sustained throughout their whole life cycle.
BSC works in a collaborative partnership with the Client and the design team and within the budget to minimize energy use and maintenance requirements while maximizing comfort and productivity and maintaining these throughout an extended life cycle.
